Update: iOS 4.1 now available for 3G ,3Gs and iPhone 4

Just saw that Apple's iOS 4. 1 update is now available for download and install via iTunes.

If you wish to upgrade, plug in your iPhone, select it in the iTunes sidebar and then click Check for Updates. It is a 300+ MB download.

I am currently installing on my iPhone 3G and will tell how it goes via my Twitter account (douglaswelch) and here, if there are any major issues.

Shared calendars are one part of an organized family

Along with the busy schedules of two working parents you might have art classes, karate classes, Little League, soccer and more. Add in more than one kid and organizing your life can quickly become a nightmare. This is exactly why one of my most important organizing devices is a shared calendar that reflects all the activities and events for everyone in the household...and I do mean everything. If someone -- is required to be somewhere -- at sometime, it goes into the calendar.
