For me, being able to get data into and out of the Arduino environment is very important. Self-contained projects, with their own screens and indicators are fine, but I usually want to access and log data — or interact in real time — with my projects.
This video highlights an easy-to-use Bluetooth adapter that can do just that. Along with a companion app, you can query your Arduino project for data or use it to switch other devices off an on from a distance. Very cool!
